Privacy Statement:

Olaria Studio, LLC will not sell, share or distribute any personal or financial information provided by our customers on our website to anyone, at any time.

Payment:

ALL website orders are pre-paid. VISA, MC, AMEX, PayPal.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders accepted subject to price at time of shipping. Discounts or chargebacks are not accepted. We are unable to give cash refunds.

Custom Orders:

If you would like to place a custom order for funtional pottery or sculpture, please contact us at 205.240.2424 or by emailing us at admin@olariastudio.com. Custom orders for jewelry may be an option and minimum amount will need to be ordered.

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled less than 2 weeks before scheduled ship date with be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority with delivery confirmation unless otherwise specified.

Receiving:

Damaged, Lost or Short Orders-In the event of damage in transit, please call us within 5 days to receive credit for damaged items. An incorrectly filled or short order will be corrected at no charge if reported within 5 days of receipt of order, otherwise there is a 25% restocking for any overages sent that are not reported within the 5 day limit if you do not wish to keep them. Lost shipments will be researched and dealt with on an individual basis, however no refund will be given, only replacement goods.

Defective Goods-Defective goods will be repaired, a new piece issued, or credit applied to your account for future orders. The action taken is at our discretion. We are unable to give refunds for these items. Claims for defective goods will only be accepted within 5 days of receipt of shipment. No shipping charges will apply for goods being replaced or repaired.

Returns:

Please Check Merchandise Upon Receipt! All returns must have prior authorization. Unauthorized goods in transit are your responsibility. Authorization may be obtained by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of goods. Any discrepancy in damage description (upon authorization) or in condition returned from original condition will result in zero credit issued for the item. Worn jewelry or defective jewelry not reported as defective within 5 days of receipt is inelligible for return or credit. Buyer is responsible for the quality of return shipment to ensure items arrive in a condition applicable for credit to be issued. Please make sure all returns are clearly labeled in the same manner they are shipped to you, along with confirmation # and authorization code, so they are properly processed. Credit issued for a return will expire 6 months from issue date.

Agreement:

I agree to the terms, policies and conditions outlined above. I agree all the terms established herein and that by not doing so will result in neither replacement or credit for any item be issued to me.
